Risk Disclosure
Last updated: September 2026
Read this disclosure before purchasing any Trade4U program. It describes what the product is, what you can lose, and what Trade4U does not promise.
1. This is a simulated trading product
Trade4U provides simulated futures trading evaluations. Every account issued by Trade4U — during an evaluation and after it — is a simulated account, running on simulated order flow priced with real-time CME market data. Trade4U is not a broker-dealer, a futures commission merchant or an investment adviser, and does not hold client money for trading. No order placed in a Trade4U account is routed to an exchange.
2. Risk of loss
Trading futures, including in a simulated environment, involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. The evaluation fee is the amount you pay to take part in a program. It is non-refundable, and you should assume it is at risk in full: if you breach a drawdown limit or any other program rule, the account is closed and the fee is not returned.
3. No guarantee of approval or payout
Reaching a profit target does not by itself create a right to a payout. Every account is subject to the published rules of its program — drawdown limits, minimum profitable days, minimum daily profit, consistency rules and news-trading restrictions — and every payout request is subject to review. Trade4U makes no representation that any trader will pass an evaluation, become eligible for a payout, or receive any particular amount.
4. Simulated results do not represent actual trading
Simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may under- or over-compensate for the impact of market factors such as liquidity and slippage. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Past performance, simulated or otherwise, is not indicative of future results.
5. Eligibility and restricted jurisdictions
Trade4U programs are not available in every country. Access is restricted in sanctioned and high-risk jurisdictions and may be further limited by local law. Review the restricted countries list before purchasing. You are responsible for confirming that your participation is lawful where you live.
6. No investment advice
Nothing on this website is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading decisions you make in a Trade4U account are your own. If you are unsure whether these programs are appropriate for you, seek independent professional advice.
